Visual Vibrance Shaderpack Overview
Visual Vibrance is a project aiming to recreate the signature "Vibrant Visuals" features found in the Bedrock edition of Minecraft, specifically for the Iris mod.
Warning: This Project is Discontinued
Please be advised that Visual Vibrance is no longer under active development. Any bugs or issues encountered will not be addressed. Apologies for the inconvenience.
Shader development is a complex and time-consuming process. If you enjoy my work, please consider supporting my endeavors.
About Visual Vibrance
Visual Vibrance is an experimental attempt to replicate the "Vibrant Visuals" look from Minecraft Bedrock. As this pack was branched from my other shader project, Glimmer, over a relatively short period, there may be lingering bugs. You are welcome to report these issues on my Discord server or within the #jbritains-shaderpacks channel on the shaderLABS Discord Server.
Compatibility Guidelines
- Hardware Requirements: Requires OpenGL 4.3 or higher. Please note that macOS is not supported, nor is the Raspberry Pi. Most modern GPUs (integrated or dedicated) should function correctly.
- Mod Requirements: Requires Iris 1.7 or newer. OptiFine is not supported.
Mod Compatibility
The following mod is known to cause conflicts:
- Chunks Fade In: This mod prevents the shader from compiling correctly. This is an issue inherent to the mod and the assumptions it makes regarding shader operation.
Development and Contributions
The source code for this pack is publicly available on GitHub. If you are interested in contributing or assisting with development, please feel free to submit a pull request. I have only a limited interest in maintaining this pack, as it was primarily created as a proof-of-concept to see if the visual style could be successfully recreated.
