This modpack combines a collection of horror mods with Verity, an intelligent companion that can talk with you, answer questions, and interact with you throughout your journey. At first, Verity appears to be a harmless yellow sphere following at your side. Over time, however, its actions become increasingly disturbing and unpredictable. What once felt like a helpful companion may turn into one of the worst horrors you encounter.

Verity AI Setup

Verity AI is included in the modpack. Complete the following before using it:

1. Install the modpack.
2. Follow the full setup tutorial to prepare the required environment.
3. Choose and configure an AI provider, such as Groq, Ollama, OpenAI, or another supported service.

Threats Waiting in the Dark

• Strange apparitions, unsettling events, and cursed locations are scattered across the world.
• Paranormal sounds can shatter the silence and make you question what is behind you.
• Monsters and terrifying creatures with enhanced AI can detect movement, follow your trail, and wait in the shadows.
• Abandoned houses, dungeons, crypts, and ruined structures offer dangerous places to explore.
• Infernal bosses and unpredictable events can transform entire regions into deadly territory.

The experience also suits multiplayer survival, but staying together does not guarantee safety. Once fear takes hold, even trust between teammates can begin to break apart.
