UtilityCraft

UtilityCraft is a premium, modern automation addon pack that enhances Minecraft by introducing sophisticated machines, generators, mob spawners, bonsai pots, fluid systems, and various tools for efficient resource production and automation.

Description

Welcome to UtilityCraft, an addon pack meticulously built to transform the tedious grinds of survival into a smarter, smoother, and more entertaining experience.

Here, effort is directly converted into efficiency: reduce the time spent chopping wood or mining, and let machines, generators, and bonsai pots handle the heavy lifting while you focus on adventure.

UtilityCraft is designed with balance in mind. It does not provide overpowered shortcuts, but rather gives you the tools to automate mundane tasks, expand resource options, and construct factory-style setups in Minecraft Bedrock. Think of it as your roadmap from basic survival to full-scale automated production, all while preserving the authentic survival feel of the game.

What Does UtilityCraft Add?

UtilityCraft is not just a single addon; it is a bundle of interconnected systems featuring:

  • Bountiful Bonsais – Passive farming for wood and crops.
  • Bountiful Crops – Grow ores and rare resources in fields.
  • Cobblestone Generators – Infinite cobble, ranging from basic iron speeds up to blazing netherite.
  • Mechanical Spawners – Customizable mob farming.
  • Dorios' Basics – Core blocks, recipes, and progression tools.
  • Fluid Tanks – Store and move massive amounts of liquids.
  • Paxels & AIOTs – Multi-tools to save inventory space and time.
  • Way Computer – A step into automation and digital systems.

Each module is useful on its own, but together, they create a complete technological progression for survival.

Core Features

UtilityCraft is built around several core systems that tie everything together:

  • Energy System: Everything runs on Dorios Energy (DE). You will generate power using furnaces, lava, sunlight, and more, storing it in batteries before feeding it into your machines.
  • Machines: Crushers, infusers, presses, furnaces, harvesters, and more. Each machine supports upgrades to increase speed, improve efficiency, or expand its range.
  • Item Transportation: Move items with improved hoppers, uppers, and automation blocks, or utilize advanced conduits and exporters.
  • Blocks and Items: From compressed cobblestone to special crafting components, UtilityCraft introduces new building blocks and crafting materials that drive progression forward.
  • Mechanics: New farming systems, bonsai growth logic, mob spawning tweaks, liquid generation, and more—all designed to fit naturally into the Minecraft survival loop.
  • Useful Recipes: Tons of new recipes and tweaks ensure that resource acquisition and progression feel smooth and balanced.

How to Configure:

  1. Go to World Settings → Behavior Packs.
  2. Select the UtilityCraft BP (Behavior Pack).
  3. Click Settings to access configuration settings.
  4. Adjust the refresh speed as needed.

Note: A faster refresh rate makes machines more responsive but can increase lag on lower-end devices. Choose a setting that balances performance and efficiency.

Compatibility and Integration

UtilityCraft is compatible with Integrated Storage by Dingsel and Drawers by Dustveyn (Vatonage). Integrated Storage provides an infinitely extensible storage solution accessible via connected terminals.

You can obtain Certus Quartz and Charged Certus Quartz by filtering sand in the sieve/autosieve. The Crusher accepts: Certus Quartz, Charged Certus Quartz, Fluix, and Skystone.

Early Game: The Sieve

The Sieve filters blocks like gravel, sand, or dirt to extract useful drops such as ores or seeds.

  • Place a mesh inside the sieve.
  • Put the block you want to filter on top.
  • Placing sieves in a 5x5 group (up to 25) lets you use them all at once by interacting with just one.

Passive Farming Tools

UtilityCraft includes powerful tools for automated farming:

  • Bonsai Pots: Grow miniature trees over time, producing wood, leaves, and saplings.
  • Ore Crops: Grow crop-based resources such as iron, gold, and diamonds.
  • Hoeing Mechanic: Standard soils can be hoed to reduce growth time, while special soils offer unique bonuses and cannot be modified.

Bonsai growth and crop mechanics use real-time systems rather than fixed tick cycles, allowing for better balance and control over automation.

Item Transportation

Includes smart item handling and filtering systems.

Tools: Paxels, AIOTs, and Drills
