Description

Verity JE adds Verity, a personal assistant powered by Groq.com AI, to Minecraft: Java Edition. The mod is inspired by ThatMob’s related video content.

This is an official adaptation of the Verity property, created and released with ThatMob’s explicit permission under a contractual agreement.

Important Notice

The NeoForge 1.21.1 version is deprecated and has a number of known issues.

Getting Started

Some setup is required before playing. The mod includes installation and configuration guidance, and Verity can also be run locally through Ollama.

Features

• Verity: your interactive personal helper companion.
• The Animated Box: Verity appears from a dedicated animated box.
• Verity Demon: a hostile creature that Verity can summon or trigger.
• Gameplay Changes: the mod can dramatically alter normal play, including intense darkness and other unsettling effects.

Language Support

AI conversations support multiple languages. However, Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech have only been confirmed to work in English.
