This addon provides a convenient reporting form system, allowing you to easily report players who engage in hacking or cheating on your server.

Introduction

Are you tired of players breaking rules with no effective way to report them?

This addon brings a clean and interactive player reporting menu to Minecraft Bedrock Edition. By using in-game UI forms, you can bypass tedious typing and external tools, helping to keep your server safe, respectful, and fun for everyone.

Sending a Report

Normal Form Mode

1. Enter the following command in the chat to open the report menu: /report or /ft:report

2. Fill in the form:

   • Select the name of the player you wish to report.
   • Tick the boxes corresponding to the rules broken.
   • Enter a brief description in the text box below (required if "Other inappropriate behavior" is selected).
   • Use the slider to set the severity level (0 to 10).

3. Submit the report: Click the "Submit Report" button to send it.

Forgot Name Form Mode

1. Use the /report or /ft:report command to open the menu.
2. Select "I don't remember the name" to access this specialized form.
3. Provide details:
   • Describe the characteristics of the player.
   • Tick the relevant boxes.
   • Select the main color of the player and specify their location where they were seen.
   • Tick the rules broken and add a description.
   • Set the severity and submit.

Admin Tools: Receiving, Viewing, Auto-Backup, and Timezone

Admins must possess the 'admin' tag to receive reports.

1. Type /admin or /ft:admin to open the admin menu.
2. Click the 'Player Reports' button to view details.

The system performs an automatic data backup every minute. Note: If the server is restarted or the addon is uninstalled before an auto-save, unsaved names will be lost.

Report Processing and Notifications

When a new report is filed, the system automatically notifies all online Admins. In the processing interface, you can:

• Click the name of the reported player (or anonymous report) to view details.
• Perform quick actions: Resolved, Kick, or Delete report.

Viewing and Managing History

Under the "View all reports" button, you can manage:

• Unprocessed reports;
• Processed reports;
• Summarized information by reported player.

Features

• Time Countdown: Prevents players from spamming reports.
• Betakill: Select a player in the menu to force-kill them, even if they are in Creative mode.
• Change Timezone: Go to the "Setting" menu to save your preferred UTC timezone.
• Delete Report History: Admin tag required. Type /report_reset or /ft:report_reset to clear all history.
• Change Language: Type /language or /ft:language to open the language settings.

Important Notes

• Please enable all "Experimental Features" in your world settings.
• Ensure both the RP and BP files are activated.
• Language translations are powered by Google Translate and may contain errors.
• For the best experience and to avoid bugs, please download the latest version (Current version: 26.10).
• You can toggle between interface styles in the RP settings.
