It serves as a modern fork of the classic Hwyla/Waila mods, specifically tailored for Minecraft version 1.16 and beyond. As an advanced Information HUD mod, Jade is engineered to prioritize a superior user experience and provide developers with a robust, streamlined API.

Regarding installation requirements, Jade can function as a client-side only mod. However, to unlock its full suite of features—such as viewing container inventories, monitoring brewing stand fuel levels, or tracking bees residing in beehives—the mod should be installed on both the client and the server.
