E-LITE Shaders is a highly customizable, beautiful, and ultra-fast edit of the popular MakeUp - Ultra Fast shader pack.

About

E-LITE Shaders (formerly known as LITE) is a modification of MakeUp - Ultra Fast designed to look more sophisticated while maintaining exceptional performance. It introduces an array of customization options and a Portuguese translation. With highly adaptable graphics profiles, it stands as an ideal choice for a wide range of PC hardware.

Please note: Do NOT use OptiFine preview versions, as they are known to be highly unstable.

Tested On

• Minecraft 1.12.2 - 26.1
• NVIDIA, AMD, and Intel hardware (Note: No warranty for universal hardware compatibility).
• Windows 10 and 11.

Features

Most of these features can be toggled off or adjusted to enhance performance:

• Shadow casting and colored shadows.
• Style button for quick switching between Realistic and Vanilla looks.
• Godrays.
• Smart sharpening with TAA and FXAA.
• Screen-Space reflections for blocks and water surfaces.
• Realistic and Vanilla clouds/water options.

• Bloom, Motion blur, and Depth of Field.

How to Configure?

Profiles:

• Minimum: Minimalistic shader experience.
• Very Low to MAX: Select the profile that best fits your hardware; higher quality profiles increase effects at the cost of performance.

Color Scheme:

• Modify the color of the sky and lighting. The Realistic+ scheme is the default and most recommended choice.

Style:

• Click the style button to toggle between Enhanced and Vanilla. Enhanced aims for realism, while Vanilla maintains the classic Minecraft aesthetic.

Screens:

• Basic: Core shader features.
• Lighting: Shadow quality, distance, light intensity, etc.
• Effects: Comprehensive shader settings divided into sub-menus like Rendering and Camera.
• Misc: Extra features such as seasons, selection lines, etc.
• Info: Information about the shader pack.

Installation Guide

1. Ensure you have installed either Iris Shaders or OptiFine.
2. Place the E-LITE shaders .zip file into the .minecraft/your_instance/shaderpacks folder.
3. Launch Minecraft with Iris or OptiFine.
4. Navigate to "Options -> Video Settings -> Shaders".
5. Select "E-LITE shaders" from the list.

Recommendations

• Best performance on Minecraft Java 1.12.2; older versions may work but could present minor bugs.
• We recommend using the "Medium" profile.
• Disable "Smart leaves" if you encounter any lighting glitches.
