Default HD 128x offers the classic Minecraft experience elevated to stunning 128x high definition. What sets this pack apart from the rest is its signature smooth shading and realistic shadows, which preserve the authentic look of the game.

I initially created this pack because I could not find a definitive high-definition experience that truly respected the original style. The goal was simple: to keep the original pixels intact while adding enhanced shading. When I first released it in 2015, it became an instant success. I maintained it until version 1.8 before taking a hiatus from the community. Now, I am officially back, better than ever, and ready to deliver exactly what the community has been asking for. Due to numerous requests, I am finally updating this project.

The version presented here is the demo/alpha of the 128x pack. It features a selection of textures at 128x resolution for you to test and evaluate. If you appreciate the direction of this project, I recommend checking out the beta version via Patreon, which receives more frequent updates and includes a larger volume of finished work.
