Blurry's Java PvP

This addon serves as a faithful recreation of the Java Edition combat system within Minecraft Bedrock. It includes timed attack cooldowns, refined knockback mechanics, sweeping attacks, and various quality-of-life improvements. Developed by Catalyst Interactive.

WARNING: Removing this addon will delete all weapons. Please test this on a backup or a separate world. Use at your own caution.

NO player.json / EXPERIMENTAL FEATURES NEEDED.

Attack Indicator

The cooldown bar activates immediately upon swinging a weapon. You must wait for the bar to recharge to maximize your damage output.

Knockback Hits

Landing a hit while sprinting now triggers the exact same knockback type as seen in Java Edition, providing a more consistent combat feel.

Sweeping Edge

The Sweeping Edge mechanic has been integrated, allowing sword attacks to trigger a sweep. This enables you to strike multiple targets simultaneously and deal additional damage to enemies within range.

Java Saturation

The standard Bedrock saturation has been replaced by the ported Java Edition saturation system. Saturation is an underlying mechanic that determines how long your hunger bar remains full after consuming food. Each food item possesses a specific saturation value; higher values result in a slower decay of the hunger bar, allowing for better sustain.
