Better on Bedrock: Enhancing the Minecraft Bedrock Experience

Better on Bedrock is a comprehensive expansion project designed to reimagine and extend the Minecraft: Bedrock Edition experience. The project focuses on delivering polished gameplay additions, refined progression, and carefully balanced content, all while maintaining the authentic feel of core Minecraft.

End Update and Biome Overhaul

The project introduces deep ecological expansions and environmental enhancements across various biomes, including Taiga, Swamp, Jungle, Plains, and Forest. These adjustments are meticulously crafted to ensure that every step of your exploration feels fresh and rewarding.

Structures and Exploration

This add-on introduces several challenging new structures for players to discover:

• Trader Outpost: Found throughout the Overworld, acting as the home of the Wandering Trader.
• Waystone Tower: A massive structure. Test your combat skills by ascending the increasingly difficult floors to claim a valuable Waystone and impressive rewards at the top.
• Adventurer Campsite: A starter home for the lost traveler.
• Adventurer House: The home base of the lost traveler.
• Flender Outpost: A mysterious, isolated outpost.
• Abandoned Hut: A place with a story; "He used to rest here."
• River's Base: A unique landmark where "his music echoes the overworld."
• Vindicator's Hideout (1 & 2): Two distinct, dangerous strongholds for the Vindicators.

Crafting Systems and New Items

To enrich the survival and crafting logic, Better on Bedrock introduces a brand-new manufacturing system:

• New Utility Blocks: Including the Forger and the Miner Bench.
• New Items and Resources: Features such as the Waystone, Scrolls, Backpacks, Corstinite, Stardust, Dagger, Stronger String, Waystone Key, Bubble Blower, Fixed Necklace, various Stews, Smeared Pearl, and Fiery Ingot.
• Recipe Mechanics: Stardust recipes can be found within Bastion structures. Additionally, new Smithing Table recipes are available for custom gear upgrades.
