Accurate Textures x32 for BEDROCK Edition

This is the Accurate Textures pack designed specifically for <ins>BEDROCK EDITION</ins>!

This pack is crafted using the default Minecraft textures, meticulously maintaining the original native color palette and the native structural shapes of the game's art style. The focus of this project is primarily on blocks and items.

What is an Accurate Texture?

The process involves taking the original 16x16 textures and upscaling them to 32x32 using specialized graphic software.

Each texture is processed according to a strict order of priority:

  1. Native color preservation: No new colors are introduced into the image.
  2. Maintain intensity ratios: The count of pixels for the darkest and brightest areas remains proportional to the original.
  3. Keep pixel balance: The amount of pixels for each specific color is preserved as closely as possible.
  4. Respect the block: No alterations are made to the characteristics that make each block recognizable or unique.
  5. Smooth diagonal lines: Stairs-like patterns are transformed into smoother lines (though this may slightly affect color distribution).
  6. Minimize changes: The editing is as subtle as possible; most original pixels retain their identity, with only a few rare exceptions.

Essentially: A line that is 1 pixel wide in a 16x16 texture becomes 2 pixels wide in this 32x32 pack. This ensures perfect compatibility with both other 16x16 textures and any 32x32 vanilla-style packs. Even from a distance, your builds will look identical to how they appear with the original textures.

In a nutshell: "A player on the Hermitcraft server could use Accurate Textures and still perceive the world exactly the same way as other players."

Furthermore, anything that matches the tiling of the 16x16 format will remain compatible with this pack. This distinguishes it from other packs like "Faithful," where certain brick textures were thinned or wood logs were given different age-rings.
