Squid Game World Operation Guide
Welcome to your Squid Game world. As the Frontman, you now hold the authority to oversee every aspect of the game. To ensure a seamless experience, please review the following instructions carefully to understand the mechanics and procedural requirements for each stage.
LOBBY
Upon spawning in, switch your game mode to Creative and proceed to the room situated behind the guards. Here, you will find command blocks equipped with buttons and descriptive signs explaining their specific functions. Open the provided chest to acquire all essential equipment. Command block functions include:
- A button to equip all players with swords and dim the environment, setting the mood for combat.
- A button to clear current player inventories; ensure players store their items properly before activation.
- A button to distribute apples to all active participants.
- A final button to activate the StairCase Maze, which also distributes portfolios for in-game photography.
StairCase Maze
Prior to commencing the maze, activate the designated command block to distribute portfolios, and ensure players retrieve a camera from the chest. Once a player captures a shot, collect their portfolio, export the image, and display it in the lobby. Promptly remove photos of any players who have been eliminated. The maze layout is as follows: The path straight ahead leads to the Glass Bridge. Turning left reveals a junction with three routes: straight to Tug of War, left to Mingle, and right to extra paths. Turning right leads to Redlight, Greenlight, from which a straight path takes you to the final Squid Game stage.
Redlight, Greenlight
You maintain full control of this game. Command blocks behind the doll allow you to manage the doll’s head rotation, audio tempo, and the red light/green light status. The teleport block near the tree terminates the round, while the timer block restricts movement. Players are given 2:30 minutes to cross the finish line. Eliminate those who fail to reach the objective on time using a bow and arrow.
Tug of War
Divide the participants into two teams. Each player must collect a fishing rod from the chest before moving to opposite sides of the arena to mount the elevators. Once ready, place barrier blocks behind them. Players use the fishing rods to pull opponents off the platform. Eliminated players from the winning team may respawn. Remember to dismantle the barriers and reset the elevators after the match concludes.
Glass Bridge
Participants must select an armor set (Leather, Chain, Iron, Gold, Diamond, or Netherite), with the player wearing Leather initiating the crossing. Activate the command block beneath the starting area to grant a jump boost effect and simultaneously start the 3-minute timer. Upon completion, a door leads to a teleport block for the victor. To reset the bridge, place a structure block, set to "load," and input "15." You can identify the non-breakable glass panels by looking for the 4 light blocks underneath. Ensure all armor is returned to the stands afterward.
Mingle
Place a minecart for each participant. Once prepared, activate the powered rails and commence the background music. When the music ends, deactivate the rails and announce a number in the chat; players must form groups within the rooms to match that specific number. After 5 rounds, activate the teleport block to return players to the lobby.
Squid Game
The finale takes place in the Redlight, Greenlight arena. Place a structure block on the redstone circuitry, set it to "load," and input "18" to prepare the environment. Players engage in hand-to-hand combat. Any player crossing the white line is to be eliminated. Once the game ends, load structure "19" to reset the arena for future use.
