At its core, the game retains the mechanic where players swap positions every few minutes. The objective remains to create devious traps that will eliminate your opponents exactly as the swap occurs. It sounds like a traditional Death Swap, right?

However, this is where the chaos truly begins. Every 45 seconds, you will be presented with three ridiculously powerful items to choose from. These items can either serve as strategic assets to help you or as devastating weapons to hinder your opponents. Simply drop your chosen item from your hotbar to activate it, and prepare to witness the most chaotic session of Death Swap you have ever played. With over 100 unique items—ranging from spawning an Oppenheimer bomb and summoning the Warden to teleporting your rivals directly into the Nether—the gameplay possibilities are endless. Navigate through this barrage of items and fight to be the last one standing in the ultimate version of Death Swap.

You can configure the game with a pre-determined number of lives via the settings in the main lobby, and the final player remaining wins the match. Additionally, the map includes various customizable settings, such as adjustable random swap cycles, allowing you to tailor the game's intensity to your preference.
