Minecraft Actions and Stuff Add-on 1.11 Update: Introducing Chaos Cube Content, Minigame Item Textures, and More

Shortly after Mojang Studios released the "Chaos Cubed" game content update, Oreville Studios followed suit by launching the 1.11 update for the Minecraft Actions and Stuff add-on for Bedrock Edition. This update not only includes all the content from the official game drops but also incorporates unique creative touches that blend seamlessly with the add-on's own style.

Below is an analysis of the core content of the Minecraft Actions and Stuff 1.11 update.

The "Chaos Cubed" game update introduces Sulfur Caves, Sulfur Cubes, Sulfur Springs, and a variety of building blocks. The Minecraft Actions and Stuff 1.11 update not only perfectly ports these features but also makes them more vivid and engaging through the addition of exquisite animations and detailed textures.

New Features of the Sulfur Cube

The Sulfur Cube is undoubtedly the star of the "Chaos Cubed" update. It possesses the magical ability to consume any block and alter its physical properties, such as elasticity, weight, and friction. While Mojang gave it a cute expression in the vanilla game, the developers of Actions and Stuff have taken it to the next level by adding a rich variety of dynamic facial expressions to the creature.

Given that Mojang demonstrated the creature's potential for creating various mini-games, Oreville Studios has added a series of ball textures via custom name tags. Simply put, if you name the creature "Football," it will take on the appearance of a giant blocky soccer ball. At this point, it no longer slides but instead rolls on the ground when kicked or struck. Similarly, using different naming commands can transform the creature into various ball shapes.

Furthermore, the movement animations of the Sulfur Cube have been deeply optimized in the Minecraft Actions and Stuff 1.11 update. Regardless of whether the creature uses a custom name tag or texture, it features a dedicated set of animations. Even the bucket used to carry the Sulfur Cube has up to six unique dynamic effects.

In addition to the features mentioned above, the Minecraft Actions and Stuff 1.11 update introduces new custom armor stand textures specifically optimized for mini-games. By using a "§§" name tag on an armor stand and adding items to it, it will transform into specific custom blocks. Various mini-game elements such as basketball hoops, soccer goalposts, scoreboards, and flags have been integrated into the add-on.

These changes will allow you to play various competitive modes smoothly with friends in the game, and with realistic action feedback and prop modeling, the gaming experience will be significantly enhanced.

The Minecraft Actions and Stuff 1.11 update also completes all remaining "Chaos Cubed" features, including the new cave biome, Sulfur Springs, and the Bounce music disc. Consistent with the rest of the add-on, these elements are equipped with detailed, dedicated animations and textures.

It is worth noting that all hostile mobs that spawn naturally in this biome have received unique model reworks and appearance textures. Additionally, when Sulfur or Cinnabar slab blocks are stacked vertically, they trigger new combined textures, greatly enriching the variety of building decorations.
